The problem
The internet has no shortage of AI productivity frameworks. Most of them are excellent to read and useless to actually run your work on. They optimize for comprehensiveness, not for keeping you in motion. I needed something that worked when I sat down to build, not something that added one more thing to organize. So I built it.
The approach
- The Forge System is my personal playbook for using AI without losing momentum, documented the way I would explain it to someone sitting across from me
- It covers how I structure work sessions, which AI tools I actually use versus the ones I tried and dropped, how to use LLMs to accelerate output without building a dependency, and how to keep quality high when you are moving fast
- No padding, no filler frameworks, no advice I have not tested under real working conditions
- Built a clean Next.js site with MDX to publish it properly and keep it updated as the system evolves
The result
A public, live resource that documents a real working system built from actual use, not theory. Free to use, open to read, and genuinely useful for anyone building with AI who wants to ship more and manage less.
