The problem
Divine Planners had a strong reputation and a solid track record in Surat’s real estate market. What they did not have was a website. Potential clients were searching online and finding nothing. Word of mouth had carried them this far, but any serious buyer doing due diligence would look for a website before picking up the phone, and there was nothing there to find.
The approach
- Designed and developed the full website from scratch, starting with the brief and ending with a live, deployed site
- The design leads with trust signals — the property portfolio front and center, clear contact pathways on every page, and a visual language that communicates quality without being cold or corporate
- Built in Next.js for fast page loads, Tailwind CSS for a clean and fully responsive layout across every screen size, and Framer Motion for subtle animations that add polish without adding weight
- Mobile-first throughout, because most real estate searches start on a phone
